One night on our team training at NWF, i remember Jess being apprehensive about practicing lead falls. But with motivation from our close knitted team, jess conquered it like a pro. Its been amazing to see jess go on and win competitions and develop into an amazing climber. I am blessed to have been able to train with such a kindhearted, taleneted, strong and brave girl.
